Connect My Expert Refund Policy

At Connect My Expert, we strive to provide the best match between our tutors and learners. If you are not satisfied with your tutor after a session, we are committed to addressing your concerns through the following steps:
1. Trial Class (Demo Sessions):
   – We arrange demo sessions between the learner and the trainer to evaluate compatibility and the trainer’s knowledge of the subject. Payments are collected only if you are fully satisfied with the demo(s). Therefore, no refunds will be processed for used credits.
2. Tutor Replacement:
   – If you are not satisfied with your tutor, we will make every effort to match you with a new tutor and arrange additional demo sessions with potential replacements to ensure a better fit.
3. Credit Reallocation:
   – If you find satisfaction with a new tutor, any remaining credits will be transferred to the new tutor’s sessions.
   – If changing tutors does not resolve the issue, we can reallocate your credits to different subjects or courses based on your needs. Prices may vary depending on the subject or course. Based on the available credits and the respective costs, we will adjust the credits accordingly for the new subject or course.
4. Refund Process:
   – After exhausting the above options, if you are still not satisfied, we will process a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of your services.
   – Refunds must be requested within 180 days from the date of payment. Requests made beyond 180 days will not be eligible for a refund.
   – Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees:
   Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
   – Fees for services that have already been rendered or completed.
   – Fees for third-party products or services.
   – Fees for services canceled beyond the specified cancellation period.
6. Currency Conversion:
   – For payments made in currencies other than INR (Indian Rupees), refunds will be processed based on the foreign exchange conversion rate applicable on the day the payment was made. This ensures fairness in the refund amount, considering potential currency fluctuations.
7. How to Request a Refund
   – To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [support@connectmyexpert.com]. Provide your session details and the reasons for dissatisfaction. Our team will guide you through the process of scheduling demo sessions or initiating a refund as applicable.
Important Disclaimer
Connect My Expert acts as a platform that links learners with skilled tutors. While we are committed to delivering top-notch educational services, we do not guarantee specific results such as improved grades, clearing or passing the exam, or certifications. Therefore, refunds will not be provided based on these outcomes.

We also do not process refunds in scenarios where any kind of contact sharing occurs between the student, teacher, parents, or learners. Parents & learners are strongly advised to deny sharing their contact details with the teacher under any circumstances. Even if a teacher attempts to bypass this policy, parents & learners should refuse as such actions constitute a breach of Connect My Expert’s policy. We will not be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from contact sharing. In such cases, credits will be forfeited, and the client will have no right to request a refund.
